We offer only 90-day agency contracts. We want to earn your continued business through the support we provide and the relationships we build. We’ll walk through the agreement with you before you commit.
Can streamers grow into leadership roles?
That is part of our vision: developing leaders from within our own streamer community. As the agency grows, we want to consider streamers who demonstrate consistency, care for others, and leadership for opportunities within the team. Roles depend on readiness and available opportunities.
Does the agency take a percentage of my TikTok LIVE earnings?
STEPH1 Fam Agency does not take a percentage of your TikTok LIVE gifts, subscriptions, Heart Me earnings, or other livestream earnings. TikTok compensates the agency based on creator performance.
Do I need thousands of followers to apply?
No. We value consistency, a positive attitude, professionalism, respect, and a willingness to learn. Applications are reviewed for fit and TikTok eligibility.
Does applying guarantee acceptance?
No. Applying starts the review process. The team will help you understand the next steps.
What support can I expect?

Rewards are never guaranteed. Opportunities are determined by the agency and depend on eligibility, program requirements, funding, inventory, sponsorships, partnerships, and available resources.
